About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kenivo, an interactive AI learning platform operated by Crafex Labs Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), a company incorporated in Canada.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kenivo. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We will terminate accounts found to belong to users under 18.

The service

Kenivo provides interactive AI learning lessons, a built-in AI tutor, and progress tracking. Module 1 is available at no charge. Access to additional modules requires an active paid subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Kenivo uses magic link authentication — sign-in links are sent to the email address you registered with.

You may only create one account per person. Sharing account access is not permitted.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Founding member rate. The founding member rate is $9 USD per month. This rate is available until July 15, 2026 and is locked in for life — as long as you remain a continuous subscriber without interruption. If you cancel your subscription and resubscribe after the founding period ends, the standard rate applies.

Standard rate. After July 15, 2026, the standard rate is $15 USD per month.

Billing. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date it started. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period. Subscription charges will appear on your statement as Crafex Labs Inc.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid content until that date.

We do not charge cancellation fees. We do not require you to contact customer service to cancel.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@crafexlabs.com and we will investigate promptly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute Kenivo's lesson content
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform or its content
• Use the AI tutor to generate content that violates applicable law
• Circumvent any access controls or subscription requirements
• Misrepresent your identity or create accounts under a false name

The AI tutor

The AI tutor is powered by Anthropic's Claude model. It is designed to help you understand lesson content and answer questions about AI. It is not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise.

The AI tutor may make mistakes. Do not rely on it for decisions with significant real-world consequences. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

Conversations with the AI tutor are processed by Anthropic's API. By using the tutor, you acknowledge that your messages are sent to Anthropic for processing under their terms and privacy policy.

Intellectual property

All lesson content, course materials, and the Kenivo platform itself are owned by Crafex Labs Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights to this content.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service (such as messages to the AI tutor).

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crafex Labs Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date. For material changes, we will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
