Our commitments
These are not aspirational statements. They are specific, enforceable commitments — things you can hold us to. If we ever violate one, you should call it out, and we will fix it.
Settings → Cancel. That is it. No retention flow. No "are you sure?" screen designed to make you feel guilty. No survey you have to complete before we let you leave. No customer service call. You are out in two clicks, and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
This is not a legal term — it is a product commitment. If you find a third click required to cancel, that is a bug.
The founding member rate is $9 USD per month. It is locked in for life, as long as you remain subscribed without interruption. After July 15, 2026, the standard rate is $15 USD per month. Those are the only two prices. There are no tiers, no add-ons, no metered features.
All prices are displayed in USD. There are no hidden fees, no automatic price increases, and no charges beyond what you see on the subscription page.
The July 15, 2026 founding rate deadline is a real date. It does not reset. The countdown timer you see is counting to that date and will not restart if you leave and come back. We will not create artificial scarcity or fake "limited spots" language to pressure you into subscribing.
Your subscription gives you access to everything on the platform — all modules, the AI tutor in every lesson, and all future content as it launches. There are no premium add-ons, no "pro" tier, no locked features within the subscription. We will never try to sell you something you did not come looking for.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your learning data or account data with advertisers. The third-party services we use (Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic, PostHog, Vercel) are service providers — they process data on our behalf, not for their own commercial purposes.
The Meta Pixel on our marketing pages measures advertising effectiveness. It does not have access to your learning data or account activity. You can opt out through Meta's own privacy controls.
See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Every specific factual claim in a Kenivo lesson is either: (a) directly verifiable from a named source, or (b) clearly presented as our interpretation or experience. We cite research by author and year when we rely on it. We do not fabricate statistics, invent comparisons, or attribute claims to studies that do not exist.
When AI is wrong about something — which it demonstrably is, in specific ways — we say so. We do not soften limitations to make the product sound more appealing.
Kenivo is built by a software engineer with 20 years of professional experience, including hands-on work with the tools and models covered in the lessons. The content is not outsourced, AI-generated, or repurposed from online summaries. Every lesson reflects direct, tested experience.
We use AI tools in building Kenivo. When lesson content is AI-assisted, it is always reviewed, tested, and edited by a human who can verify the claims.
A dark pattern is any interface design intended to manipulate you into doing something you would not choose to do if the interface were neutral. We do not use them. Specific things we never do:
Kenivo is intended for adults. We do not market to, or knowingly provide service to, anyone under 18. This is not only a legal requirement — it is the right approach for a platform that discusses real-world professional and financial decisions.
If you believe we have violated any of these commitments, we want to know. These are not aspirational — they are operational.
